How to tell if it is a 2014 or 2015

I was at the dealer this weekend getting some service and found a way. The XM antenna on the 2015s is MUCH larger - probably 50% larger. It's also painted on Denalis, so I'm assuming High Country as well.

Looks like 2015s with the Z71 package and LTZ have chrome grills and chrome window trim, '14s have black grill bars and black window trim.

Only difference I've noticed so far. It LOOKED like the fog light trim is also chrome, but this is just form the build n price page.

Just what they need, a bigger tumor. You would think they could at least put in on the trailing edge of the cab instead of the leading edge.

Yeah, I hate 'em!

Silverados= Body matched door handles and mirror caps.

Still depends on trim level.

Black for wt

painted for LS, 1LT and 2LT

Chrome for 1LZ, 2LZ and High Country(3LZ)

I hate that they added the color matched handles and mirror caps mid year and or to the 2015's. one of the man reason I went with the AT package on my truck, to get the color matched options. NOoooo, instead I had to order handles and mirror caps and have the painted to get the complete look now.

Thanks guys. I was really just wanting to tell the difference between the two MY's as I see them going down the road or sitting in a parking lot.
