I have a 2014 GMC crew cab Denali truck with a 6.2 L direct inject motor. I had Manny and the boys at Dasilva motorsports in Kitchener Ontario install the Magnuson TVS 1900 supercharger and a set of American racing headers. The truck Put down 320RWHP in stock form. The SC gave it 100 RWHP and the headers added about 30 hp more. Truck ran 14.7s in the 1/4 stock and then ran mid 13 with the SC. With the headers the truck got down to very low 13s. With just a bit more fine tuning by ARUN at dasilva's and a good launch in 4wd off the line then switching to 2wd, I got the truck to run several 12.9s. at 104 to 105 mph.

My Best was

60 ft .... 1.84\

1/8.....8.28 @ 83mph

1/4 ....12.94 @ 105mph

I am hoping with my build I will get into the 12's. 14' 6.2L, Whipple kit, stainless steel works long tubes and exhaust (no tail pipes) custom dyno tune. 4WD dropped 2/4, stock 275/55/20. System should be in and installed end of month, can't wait!

Any updates? dyno #s? ETs?

Sorry haven't posted or read in some time. With the whipple and headers it dyno'd 530 rwhp. I have not ran it down the track but plan on it this summer. Hooking up is the main issue and might see if there is a good track tire for it to hook up.

The next item will be a cam and maf stand alone tune but that's a little more than 5 grand mostly due to the direct injected motor requires a different cam. This will be good for 50-70 horses.

I drive it daily and have out about 8k trouble free miles on the set up.

very nice numbers,do you know how much boost? was it custom tuned? who did it if you dont mind saying, thanks for your reply.Gnz

They stated it was at 7 pounds at 4500 feet, they only modified the whipple tune that it came with. Premier Complete Auto did the work. They ended up using AR header with high flow cats.

I will be doing a custom tune and MAF sensor and boost gage with possibly a different smaller pulley.

Beefing up the rear suspension will help with your traction issue as well. The right set of shocks tuned properly will make a difference.

May also want to upgrade your transmission and drivetrain putting out those kind of numbers. Your factory parts may not last very long, especially running WOT from a launch at a track.

Everything still running good? I'm wanting to do a similar setup but worried about hurting overall longevity. I don't want it to only last till 100k. How's the trans holding up to the extra power?

Why did you truck put down such low numbers stock? Mine stock put down 350/380 at the wheels.
