Retrax - Customer Service

I had an issue with the latch on my Retrax Pro. I couldn't get it to stay latched. So I called Retrax and a real person answered the phone. I told her what I was experiencing and she said she needed to transfer me to customer service. Within a few minutes the gentlemen from Retrax deduced that there was a problem that couldn't be solved over the phone and promptly asked for my information and said he was sending an entirely new lock/latch system. This is the type of company I love. A great product and a great business philosophy that backs up that product. I know I'll never put anything but a Retrax on my trucks going forward and I've already told several buddies about the company and their superior product.

Couldn't get the latch to "snap" into the closed position. It just wouldn't stay down.

I had my latch completely break on my retraxone and they sent me two complete replacements so that if it were to break again that id have a second on hand just incase. I absolutely will be buying retrax tonneau covers for all my trucks from now on such good people to be dealing with and no bs to put up with
