Sunroof help! Please

Just picked up the sub from the trans shop runs great! Problem, it was almost 50 out so i open the sunroof in the vent position about half way not fully open. I hit the button to close it- will not close. It opened just fine. Tried holding the down button while lightly pushing on it. No movement at all. I dropped it off at my shop so it at least has a roof tonight so its not with me. Please help i just spent some serious cash on a trans

Something electrical like that - I always try the reboot method. Pull the fuse or disconnect the battery, see if that resets the gremlin.

Guess i'll have to try that. I also noticed the radio had been acting funny changing the time each time i start it, and i read after disconnecting the battery you have to relearn the sunroof position so maybe the battery is playing tricks on the bcm or sunroof

I think i could hear the motor though

Would sunroof throw a bcm code? If the re-learn or resetting battery wont work its going into the dealer for 130/hr

I did the re sync procedure and that made it close.
