GMT 900 trailer light plug vs. K2

First off, I did not really know how to word this for a search, so if there is a thread about this, by all means direct me there...but other wise...

 

Does anyone know if the plug on the K2's for the trailer lights will plug n play onto the GMT900's? If not, how much is there to tackle? I have trailers with both styles, and it would be nice to have the one plug. I noticed Dodge doing this before GM did and I almost bought one of their's, but I i figured why not go with the GM obviously if it can work.
