2016 Equinox gets new look and more

Chevy took the wraps off the new 2016 Equinox today at the Chicago Auto Show. The Equinox gets a new nose with new projector beam headlamps. More importantly, the Equinox gets a new larger touchscreen inside and safety is taken up a notch. Rear view cameras are now standard on all Equinox models and rear-cross traffic and side blind zone alert is available.

The timing of this change is perfect for Chevy. The Equinox just had a great sales month posting up its best January sales number ever. Chevy says the Equinox captures fully nine percent of the important compact crossover market.
