they make hitches that cost north of $400 that are not WD hitches. mine is a camo hitch that I saw at academy when I was 16 and bought it for like $30 and then bought a $10 ball. I have had it for 9 years and have zero issues with it and it's pretty worn but still works great.

I know what WD hitches cost. I have one. In my mind was a standard 2" drop 2" ball like i keep on my truck 90% of the time. I think I only paid $20 for mine. But it is the standard black Reese
