Your fuel pressure regulator is most likely bad. hook a pressure gauge up to the pressure relief valve and measure the pressure with the key in the on position but don't crank it then see how fast the pressure drops. A good regulator should hold the pressure for about 10 min then slowly drop off. If it drops immediately it's a bad regulator.
