2015 Suburban/Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade Issues, Troubleshooting, & Reca

Recommended Posts

Vehicle has an annoying low frequency power train vibration in V4 mode in high gear between 35-50 MPH on level ground.

Dealer reports numerous similar complaints with this year/model vehicle and dealer reports GMC has no fix at this time

Hey fredbryant,

If you have any questions regarding your truck, please don't hesitate to ask. We are more than happy to look into any concerns you may have.

GM Customer Care

After all this time, we don't need someone to look into the problem(s). These are known and have been known for some time. What we need is someone to say "this is how we are going to resolve your problems, here's the fix, and here's the check for your medical expenses.

Amen. Customer Service or Care can't do a damn thing about these problems. I sent them all the problems on my 2015 Suburban LTZ and NO response. GM doesn't give a damn because they got there money. I'm trying my best to steer everyone I away from any GM/GMC vehicle and to buy something from Japan or other kind. The only way we will get them to listen is foe all of us to band together and bring a suit against them. If we can get into there pocket book then it will make a difference. Lets give them Hell.

I just got and email from Brando J. at GM Customer Service. This was in response to an email I sent over 1 month ago. A lone sob story on How they were sooooo sorry it took them soooo long to get back to me. The best thing is I can't even respond back to them. This shows just how much they DON"T CARE. GM SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GM has Customer NoCare. These individuals have no authority to do anything other than refer the matter to a dealer. Anything beyond that has to go elsewhere in the organization ... to people more experienced with the word "no". The inability to reply is a clear indication of their customer focus. The company takes zero responsibility to their errors and omissions, false and misleading marketing statements, and falls back on the mantra you are not their customer ... the dealer is their customer and you are the customer of the dealer who has no ability to fix or address these problems.

This So true. I'm afraid that we will be stuck with these POS for a lone time. If I live long enough, I'll never by another GM/GMC. To upside down to trade and will never get any money back. Our TAX DOLLARS AT WORK. Thank you DUMB-ASS BAMA for this.
