mohanman
Ok, I love my Tahoe and all... but whoever designed the memory seats should be fired. I have mine programmed so that when I am done driving and I turn off the ignition the steering wheel goes in, seat goes back so its easy to get out of the vehicle. But, on the other hand when I want the car seat to go back to my driving position, it does that even before I can get in the car, making it even more difficult to get in. It automatically does this when I open the door. So dumb! It should be when the ignition is started after I am already sitting in the car. SouthernSilveradoGuy85
Actually it should wait until it senses you in the seat, not with the ignition. If they can make the passenger airbag active only when someone is sitting there then they can make it so the seat waits until you sit there to adjust. But, you can also turn that feature off. It's the easy exit option or something like that.
mohanman
Did anyone come up with a solution to this? I want it so when I am actually sitting in the drivers seat.. then the seat moves into position... not before I get into the seat. So dumb. I dont want to keep bending down to push my programmed button either. There should be an option where memory seat recalls when the ignition is turned on. That is what lexus does.. I guess the person who designed this didn't even test it Mo
