Bad tire wear, on a single tire

Went to get my tires rotated the other day at Sams Club and notice this REALLY bad tire chop. 14,000 miles, religious tire rotations and re balance every 5-7k miles. My only gripe was EVERY single time I went they never got the tire pressure right. Always off 3-5lbs in each tire. ( when I dropped it off both rears were 40, front left ( chopped one ) was 33 and pass side was 39. I complained everytime and was told "it's no big deal just drive it" ok... sounds good guys :-) Thumbs up smiling. Called and spoke with the store manager each time "bring it in if it causes issues and we'll take care of you" Sounds good guys :-) Thumbs up smiling. Fast forward to yesterday... after hours of arguing and what not... they FINALLY replaced all 4 tires. 3 weeks prior I had truck in the shop for new fuel pump and had them check all wearable parts on suspension and they said "looks great"
My alignment looks to be good as well but just to appease sams club im going to have ANOTHER one done ( had one done when I had the tires put on last time ).

The wear was on the inside ( the worst ) and on the outside ( not quite as bad ) Any thoughts as to what caused this? A friend of my looked at it and thought for sure the tire was defective.

BF Goodrich Rugged Terrains... 95% highway diriving.

33psi in the chopped one? Might be the culprit as that would load more of the tread wear on the shoulders and if it was on the front for 5-7k miles, that would feather it up quick. Upper ball joints good? Also if the camber is to negative that can add to the wear on the inner tread edge.

Yeah i know sams club... LOL i needed the tires the day before a big summer trip. Found one of my rear tires had a HUGE slice and could see the belt. Desperate to NOT cancel the trip I got these. Going to have an alignment done this week or next week regardless... but I attributed it to the lack of attention to detail by their staff and the tire pressure I continuously brought to their attention. Manager kept telling me to stop being rude... Never swore, raised my voice or made a threat. I simply told her "i dont feel safe driving the truck out of here with that tire, it will stay here until the DM , store manager and you all hash this out" apparently that was a threat? LOL and apparently her personal life had to come into the conversation and my statement was "whatever is going on at home is not sams problem or my problem, lets focus on the issue at hand and resolve this".... Super sad part? My wife works there every other weekend... and she was working this particular day and her response was "are you F'in kidding me? make them fix that, that's ridiculous!!!!"

Even my oldest son ( 9 years old ) said to me once we got outside "whats wrong with that lady" i said "I dont know son, maybe she's sick?"

Yes, and several times before the tires were all over the place. Just found it funny if it was an alignment issue or something else that nobody noticed a chopped tire before and neglected to mention it.... I have a new place i'll go to next time we need tires... Done with big chain stores. Customers dont matter, the bottom line matters.

I've personally seen falkens have this problem due to the internals coming apart. My dad had multiple tires wear down to slicks in spots in just 2,000 miles, while the rest of the tire had perfect tread.

Get the tires looked at and maybe even warrantied.
