Switching Trim Bezels for Fog Lights

I have a 2014 GMC sierra work truck and i am trying to upgrade from the less than desirable trim bezels to the fog lights. I have the fog lights themselves, but I am having a hard time getting to the bezels under the truck(its far in the bumper with a lot metal covering up the screws). My question: do I have to take the entire bumper apart to get to them?

check out last post on this page http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/155567-led-front-light-bars-pods/page-34 he had custom brackets made for his so he would know what you need to take it apart but I am pretty sure the bumper has to come off to remove the bolts
