Kasey Kahne (00) beats Erik Jones (4) in a photo finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway

Chevrolet got its 200th NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory Friday night with Kasey Kahne driving the No. 00 Haas Automation Silverado for JR Motorsports in the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Kahne edged Erik Jones, a Toyota driver, by 0.006 sec in one of the closest finishes in NASCAR history. Chevrolet has fielded the Silverado for Truck Series competition since the series' inception in 1995. Chevrolet won the first ever NASCAR SuperTruck Series race as well as the championship with Mike Skinner driving the No. 3 GM Goodwrench Service Silverado for Richard Childress Racing. Since then, Chevrolet has won eight manufacturers' championships, the most all-time, and leads the series all-time with two hundred race wins.
