Factory painted Sierra grill surround?

I'd like to color match the grill surround, and maybe mirror caps on my new all-terrain. Does anyone know if GM sells a pre-painted surround for the HD like they do for the 1500? If so how would I go about finding a part#?

 

And if not, what is my best option for repainting? Strip/use stock chrome pieces or order new in black?
