Quise2024 Build - '15 Silverado 1500

[quise2024]

Im fairly new to the forum but definitely new to the whole truck scene. I don't know too much but I know what I think looks good. This build will be a small and slow one, but will get to the final product eventually.

 

I actually don't plan on doing too much to my truck but figured this would be a good way to show its progress over time. And by too much I mean in-depth parts revamping like a lot of the pros on the forum .. So here we go

Stock

First change was window tint

 

 

 

 

Upcoming Mods/Changes (in no particular order)

• bedliner/bedrug
• tonneau cover
• running boards/nerf bars
• 22" wheels & tires
• driver side assist handle
• shorter antenna
• leveling kit
• dual exhaust
• all weather floor mats
• custom UGA bowtie or settle for plasti dip
• led tail lights (possible headlights if not projectors)
• HD reverse camera (if there is one)

Here's a pic of the left you can kinda see the stock light on the right side. I took. Pic of it but it came out blurry and I didn't know until it was too late

Went ahead with the plasti dip bowties. The back turned out much better than the front. More so because it was a flat surface and it was in the sun to dry better. I had the front still in the garage. Will get a better look at them tomorrow when its bright out, took it all off tonight around 10ish

Driver assist handle in finally

Have some Raptor 5" nerf bars coming, just ordered this afternoon. Should arrive Friday and hope to get them on either Friday after work or Saturday morning. Cant wait

Finally got these bad boys on

 

 

 

 

Passenger side arrived with A Dent in it so auto anything is sending a replacement.

 

Also, Raptor has "revised" instructions which didnt make it into my box so I had these washers that werent listed nor used in the installation. I contacted raptor and they gave me a link to the revised instructions and got the washers put in.

 

Only problem I really have is the rear seats only have 1 support bracket on the bar vs 2 for the front

Just put in Opt7 LeD headlights and Philips brand LED license plate lights. Will put in Philips LED cargo light tomorrow

Took the Opt7s out and replaced with SilverStar Ultras for the time being

Looks good! Where did you get those mud flaps? I really don't like the molded ones that are out there.
