Can't fix drive by wire issue on 2007 GMC Sierra CLA 5.3

Question

I've replaced the throttle body twice. GM dealer has replaced ecu, tac module wiring harness to throttle body and ecu, the accelerator pedal, wiring harness to the actuator, it still goes into limp mode andcheck engine lite comes on, they are reprogramming the computer today, this is a good and honest dealership, this truck is a 2007 with 75k on the odometer. I'm 74 and cannot afford a new truck. The code I got was U0107, a generic code that indicates a bad connection between the tach module and the actuator. a new tach module was installed. I am keeping my cool because I realize that some things are difficult to diagnose. Anyone have Ideas? Oh, I replaced the gas cap with a factory one twice. There is good gas in the tank.

Last time i dealt with something like this was an 04 F150. I swapped the TB with another truck and the problem followed the TB. Was your throttle body replaced

There is a TSB for that error code.. Did the dealer follow the suggestions in that TSB?

Title has CLA so my mind went to Classic meaning 06 body

I saw that, and the TSB I was referring to was for 04-07 Classic vehicles. I think it was TSB #060604042

Damn it. So i guess i need to watch out for this now
