This popped up on my feed this morning. Had no idea they were in as many markets or projects as they are.

It was also interesting to learn what started the business. This was independent research & not an advertisement.

I have not researched any of the claims in the video.

I work for their electronics division in Austin. Yes, the company is huge and is in lots of industries. I didn't watch the video but it know at one time they built cars, basically owned some sports teams in Korea. They build ships, do construction, are in the oil business and transportation business. That's only a few I remember. Pretty much monopolize Korea too lol.

 

OK so I watched the video. I'd say 90% of that is pretty common knowledge to its employees, even domestic employees. The fubu thing was new to me as we're a couple others but overall yes, that video is accurate.

The other large Korean conglomerate is Hyundai. The have the largest shipbuilding yards in the world.
