Plasti Dip to match grey plastic?

Already removed all chrome badges, and now getting ready to tackle the grill and front and rear bumpers at a minimum, and likely the chrome window trim on a red 2015 Sierra Z71 Crew Cab. Wondering if anyone had any luck coming close to matching the grey plastic on the rear bumper trim and lower tow hook surround?

The grey plastidip (can't remember if they call it charcoal or gun metal) is definitely lighter/greyer than the plastics. I used it on my bowties and wheels.
