problems with 04 2500hd turn signal

I recently noticed my right rear turn signal blinking too fast. It only happens when i step on the brakes. I checked the bulbs and they are all fine. Also all three bulbs on the right side flash when the turn signal is on. What is wrong and how can i fix it?

I have a 2004 2500HD and mine did the same thing and the dealer replaced a relay some where in the

system and solved the problem.

Sounds like a short in the electrical somewhere. All I can suggest is to start tracing wires but that could take a while. It may be easier to have a shop look it over.
