Question
XMR15
Hey guys, I am a new owner to a 2015 gmc sierra all terrain and I have a clicking noise during acceleration! I know I'm not the only one to have this issue but have yet to hear if anyone has figured out what it is. The clicking sound is coming from the rear of the truck. It occurs when I accelerate from a dead stop. It will click once and that is it. Does it almost everytime I stop and start. I got it to do it once by just nudging the truck back and forth while in park. The sound is in the rear area forsure. Either u joint? leaf spring?drive shaft? or even slip yoke? it is hard to pin point the location.
So if anyone else has a clicking noise during acceleration, please chim in! Would like to get this annoying sound fixed!
Oh, you can only hear it with the windows down in the truck. With the windows up, you cannot hear the click. Truck has 4000 km
