Alternator size 2000 Silverado

Question

I am going to get a serpentine belt component kit. There are two offered on a popular website, one for a 105 amp alternator and the other for a 130 amp. How do I tell the difference? The truck is a totally stock 2000 4WD extended cab (3 door) Silverado 1500 with 5.3 V8, 6.6' bed, auto trans, towing package, and a/c. I am the original owner and the alternator has never been replaced. Thanks.

Stock is the 105

145 is stock on 05 and newer. 130 was the HD i believe but will go on without issue. It just needs a slightly longer belt i believe
