2015 YukonXL Tire Rotation, Not Gone Happen

So I took SUV in for service and the usual laundry list of things that don't work like they should.

Got it back and noticed a vibration, different vibration than the one that's causing the buffeting noise.

After a while took it in again and asked them to undo whatever they did.

Well, this time it was the tires, every time they try to rotate the tires the vibration would appear, put the tires back vibration gone.

DL did the road force balance with no luck.

 

GM told dealer they would not replace the faulty tires at that time.

This time I got a case number, for that and the other laundry list of things wrong with the $65k vehicle.

They replaced 2 tires and the issue went away.

The simple explanation here is that when you had the defective tires in the front, the vibration was far more pronounced. Placing them in the back made it vibrate much less.
