First oil change

Took my truck to suttle gmc for the oil change (6500 miles 10% left) and things went mostly as planned initially. Saw this after I got home.

So I called the service advisor who looked up my visit and determined it was a technician that had been terminated not long after I left. Was told to double check my oil quality, filter, drain plug and lug nuts. If i had any concerns they would tow my truck in for a detailed look see. Everything looks fine...my next visit they are doing a detail and promised that no more quick lube personnel would touch my truck.

I've filled it a couple of times straight from the cube without a drop being spilled...baffles me. Lol. Thankfully no harm done.
