Looks like a giant Tundra. Not necessarily a bad thing though.

What is it with people and these giant billboards for mirrors? They are just awful....

The interior looks awesome, but wth is going on with the front of the truck?

It's definitely going for extreme looks...that said, I give them credit for going to a boxed frame (finally) and dropping the 18 year old cab and doors.

The dually fenders are sad. Why not just make one big formed fender like Dodge and GM? Instead they formed 3/4 of a dually fender and then put a fender flare on it to get the other 1/4 of the fender.

okay, were the stylists at Ford limited to as Jeremy Clarkson put it "A Ruler and an HB Pencil"? because there is not a SINGLE soft curve on it! but I must Give Ford my Congratulations, because they managed to Top the F-150 in Ugliness!

I did not see where box frame was being used..

not a fan of it.

in history, they played with box frames for the worlds first campers, a lot like a car, they had steel siding.

crazy stuff being spring loaded designs.

C-rail won over tractor trailers for a reason, and I- beams.

one bad electrical storming event with chemistry in cathode anode....

say hello to the 1947 mobile hut sinking in the yard with the same fail, park it next to it.

I have the last wimpy tail c-rails.. welded fresh this past summer at 19 years old and 350000 miles.

Every new move is a double over factory.

edit

ok did find it.

The backbone is an all-new, fully boxed frame comprised of more than 95 percent high-strength steel that offers up to 24 times stiffer than the previous frame – enabling the most towing and hauling capability ever delivered by Super Duty. The new truck line features heavier-duty four-wheel-drive components, driveline, axles and towing hardware.

the cab is the same cab as the F150.. the steering wheel looks like its from a ford focus and finally the frame is fully boxed. i would pick this truck over the new GM's diesels. LML needs an update

My understanding is that when the GM HD's get the new exterior upgrade they will also have an engine update as well. Possibly transmission as well.

I don't care for the grille or the fender vents. Other than that, I think they look pretty good. The cab is the same as a F150, which means it will be nice. It also sits 1.5" taller than the previous generation, which is cool. I wish GM had the flat rear floor like the Fords do. They also said that the 6.2 and 6.7 will both have more power than the current version. I'm anxious to see how the updated 2017 GM HD's compare when they release the specs on those. I'm hoping for the 6.2, 8-speed, rear a/c, and an actual gray paint color in the HD's. My next truck will either be a 2500HD or a Super Duty. I've always been a GM guy through and through....but a huge cab, flat rear floor, fender openings that will fit 35's without any mods, a solid front axle, and a 400 hp (assuming they bump it up from 385) motor with 4.30 gears is pretty tempting....
