AFM - Stuck Valve Lifter

2009 GMC Yukon XL 5.3 L

First Stuck Valve LIfter on right side at 125,000 miles. Replaced it. Second Stuck Valve Lifter on left side at 150,000 miles.

Is there any way to get a lifter unstuck without tearing down the engine? I've tried unplugging the brake booster. I've changed the oil and added Rislone. I bought the Range Technology AFM Disabler and it helped for 6,000 miles but the lifter noise has come back.
