Nice! Did you pick it up with the level and REAL tires?!?

My buddy that is the salesman had it leveled and aligned and took my brand new tires and moved them over from the old truck.

I also got to keep my bed mat, grill guard and running boards.

Picked it up and left the next day for the mountains to go snowboarding with my brother:

These new BFG KO2's are great in the snow!

Got 7" of snow the night we got there, so awesome powder all weekend and i got to test the new tires out a bit too.

Not a whole lot. Got the Z71 package, trailer brakes and sliding back window.
But it's new without all the miles the other truck had.

Also, the other truck had hail damage and scratches on the tail gate that were there when I bought it, so I traded it in on a brand new one.

Going to the exhaust shop this afternoon to talk about which set up i'm going to go with with the guys up there.
Also ordered some new bulbs for my low beams. I'll post pics as soon as these updates get installed.

Got the truck picked up yesterday afternoon from the muffler shop. I got a 14" Magnaflow muffler with 3" pipe from the Y all the way back and cut out the third cat.

They did a turn down right at the bumper for the tail pipe.. I'm a little unsure about it because I carry some high end mountain bikes around with me and on a hitch rack they may be exposed to the heat of the exhaust, which can melt the carbon fiber in the wheels... not something I want to happen.

Here are a few sound clips I got last night and this morning as well...

I'm looking at getting my exhaust system done as well. In respect to a shop, what type should I go to? One that specializes in mufflers or a performance type place. Thanks in advance. Truck sounds awesome in 2nd vid..

I went to a muffler shop here in town that I've dealt with before. They custom bend their pipes for exhausts.

I would look for a place that does their own stuff, it's typically cheaper and you can customize what you want.

Mine would typically come with 2.5" pipe and not cut out the third catalytic converter, but I wanted that cut out and at least 3" pipe all the way out. I found out they could do it and went with them.

Dont go with crinkle bent pipe, it hinders the flow.

It's hard to specify whether you should go performance shop or muffler shop. I would just ask around and do your homework before you go with someone. If you have questions PM me and i'm happy to help!
