Heated seats not very warm

i have a 14 with heated and cooled. I complain about the same thing that they dont get too hot. At first I thought i was warming them up and sure enough, both the back and bottoms were not working. Took it in and the heating element was broken on back and bottom. They replaced and it heats up but takes about 15 min and the back definitely gets much warmer than the bottom. I wear dress pants every day so not thick jeans and still not warm enough. My 03 suburban would about burn you.

 

not to thread jack but my heated steering wheel doesn't really get too warm on the top but the sides are nice and toasty... wish the top got warm like the sides...
