What's Good to Glue Glass Back on an ORVM?

My passenger side outside side mirror glass on the truck is starting to come off. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can use to glue it back on that will hold up to the elements?

I thought those snapped on? If it fell off, something broke.

Oh man I hope not because they are the DL3 mirrors. The glass hasn't came completely off, but it's loose. I was looking it over yesterday, and you can see where it's loose in some spots, but not others. It's also slid down some, and it's not conforming to the frame all the way around. I'll get a picture of it tomorrow.
