2002 silverado torsion bars

my torsion bars are wore out..if i change the riser blocks will it raise the truck up..thanks

It will raise it up, but you probably still won't get the full amount of lift.

It's not too bad. The worst part for me was finding a tool to use so I could unload and load the bars. The other issue I had was that my keys were rusted fast to the bars. Took a lot of effort to get them free. As far as the job itself it's actually pretty easy in my opinion.

I use a ball joint press to unload the bars.. works great.

That I'm not 100% sure of. I believe I've heard of someone doing it though...
