Orient your fuse panel to the picture. The amplifier is a 30A fuse so eliminate the amplifier search down to 5 fuses, 4 if you don't have a sunroof. You're on your own from here.

Looking at your circled photo, you can even tell that's a 15amp fuse (blue). C'mon man, you have to kick your game up a bit. This fuse panel only has a max number of five 30amp fuses (pink), four if you don't have a sunroof. Pull one of the 30s then see if your front passenger seat moves. If it doesn't, then that was the wrong fuse. Try another 30, and if your sunroof doesn't move, then that's the wrong fuse. Try another 30, if your front passenger window does not go down, then that's the wrong fuse. Now you are down to two fuses, one is the amplifier.

Disconnecting the amplifier may help with the pressure, but the opposite effect should be an increase in the level of noise heard in the truck. Because if you do have "Active Noise Cancellation", you would be deactivating a component that cancels out the noise?
