Hello. Yes they are still available. You will need both door harnesses.

I'm confused by this. I've had a 14 ltz and a 15 slt both with factory power fold, I've run these tow mirrors on both trucks without swapping any harnesses and all mirror functions work except for the reverse puddle lights.

The set that I installed i went by the guide on the 2014/15+ thread. The chart indicated the need to swap harnesses.

That's it exactly. You did not have all mirror functions. Swapping out the harness will give you those two missing functions.
