Sunday long ride, hello there Mr. Coyote and black squirrel

Nice temperature. Where abouts did you ride

Here in eastern NC around my town Faison and down around Warsaw and back. A few really fresh paved roads and a few not so nice. Not to mention it seems I always hit the headwinds on my return back home.

Between 6/11 and 7/10, you are averaging around 27 miles per ride. Good job, I did a lot of riding in my day. 10 speeds with two derailers was the cream of the crop in the 70's. Regardless of the terrain, I could consistently spin the 8 gear. You ride with a group.

Thanks, no group riding. There is one person I try to ride with buy our schedule just can't seem to meet up.

Given the elevation, consistent speed, and no one to Push, Pull, or Draft (PPD), you're not the average bear. I used to train with a bike race team, never a member of the club but I used to jump the team and we would PPD throughout the city. On our breakouts, we could take over a lane since we were traveling the speed limit.
