I was extremely happy when I first made the purchase of the 2015 Suburban LT. Seven months after buying the 2015 Surburban, I experinced issues with the two front headlights, the dealer replaced it which was good. The next problem was the battery that had to be replaced. After four months in I had problems with AC condenser and Brake Pump both at the same time, dealer did not fix becuase warranty wouldnt cover it. Now its been three months after and Suburban gives me a surprise of check engine light, along with a stong motor shaking and a loud engine knock knock knock. Brought Suburban to dealer today and Was asked to bring in all oil change history. Which I did, Now I have no car, and can't work. Was told the job will take three days. I was told The problem has to do with a backfire. I hope Chevy considers the motor's 100,000 mile guarantee to fix the issue. Not sure how many problems more to come, but I know everyone has being having problems with these new trucks. A dozen of my freinds and I have new Suburbans GMC Denali and Cadiliac Escalade. Thanks for reading.

you should be covered under the 60k mile powertrain warranty. but they try to find ways out from it, and there are a good bit of things that are not covered.

also they will rent you a loaner for $20/day and if its warranty work they should provide you a loaner free of charge.
