Stepper motor has gone bad or is going bad. Just a matter of time before the others start doing the same thing. Plenty of places that repair them, and if you can find a shop in your area that does it, many times they'll fix it while you wait. Takes about an hour or so. Most of them also replace all lighting in the cluster as part of the same service. There are also numerous places on Ebay that do the repairs, but you have to remove the instrument cluster, ship it to them, and they ship it back when the repairs are completed.
