Good deal on LTZ?

Just wondering how I am doing and if there is some wiggle room.

 

Crew Cab, 4x4, LTZ w/ 1LZ. Sticker $52,500 and my price right with discounts and rebates is pretty much right at $42,000 plus TTL.

 

Would love a private offer from someone if they have it too. Thanks!

I have several friends in business and 10k off without the 20% rebate that was on some trucks last month was the best I found...I was able to find loaded SLT GMC for 13500 of sticker with the 20% that ended....love it.
