01 seirra headlights coming on while key is out

Just trashed the trans and got it rebuilt. Trucks been sitting for 3 months. Put everything back together and when i hooked the battery up i heard relays popping on and off and the headlights started coming on.

Started the truck and worked the trans but the gauges were whacky, most were at 0 but fuel and temp were reading but maybe not correctly. Drive the truck no tach speedo oil pressure ect. Check engine is on but security is not.

 

Now before the trans went out i had the security light start coming on and my gauges would flip out. Most of the time it was ok though. Now right off the bat it was freaking out

 

Got home from my trip around the block and went inside. Lights came on and were blinking at first then stuck on.

 

I had to disconnect the battery

 

Wth is going on?

 

Thoughts were ignition switch, cluster, or pcm or bcm..

Update, i pulled the cluster, it stopped the headlight issue and no more clicking sounds after the truck is shut off .

Maybe all caused by the cluster?
