6.2L Sierra vs 3.5L Tuned Ecoboost

That has to be the slowest tuned Ecoboost ever. All the tuned Ecoboost F-150's I've seen were mid-low 13's. I saw a livernois truck at Milan dragway with a tune and exhaust running high 12's.

In the 1/8 ? :dunno:

No doubt, the 6.2 is fast, it just seems rather.. depressing to be racing another half ton truck that uses a turbo slapped onto a 6 cylinder engine vs the awesome might of the good ol V-8! As far as i'm concerned, Ford waved the white flag when they downgraded like that. They lost all credibility with me and I just laugh at the Ford fanboys as they get all up in arms when you call them out for driving a 6 cylinder. Sure the turbo can put out impressive numbers, but when everything is said and done, it's still just a wimpy sounding 6 cylinder. I'll say the same thing if GM ever downgrades to a turbocharged gas motor for their full sized trucks.

the canyon does 15.9 with a 3.5L.. no turbo.

these trucks all stick together. The worldly market games and standards.

015 GMC Yukon Denali HPE650 Compare Car 0-60 mph 4.5 | Quarter mile 13.1

henessey has some fun. :)

most are the same, some weird things jump out after some years.

my own is a total nut...bone stock. no limits.

not sure where it all came from.

anyway..

it is to say someone will come out of nowhere just going by everything...with the same appearance as your truck and mine...and even sounds.

This test would have had much better results if done on...A TRACK (street racing lessons aside) and not horn jumping or countdown jumping on the road. And to really make it interesting, it should be one driver for both trucks so it rules out any bigger driver errors compared to having two different drivers, one for each truck. Just saying...
