bigguybob12

Question

Hi Everybody,

Hoping somebody might have an insight, I got my 2016 Canyon All Terrain two weeks ago and im loving it so far. Having one problem however, When i plug in my 7th gen Ipod Nano into the USB port in the center console, the Intellink doesn't recognize it. Ive tried a different cord, ive even rest my iPod and reloaded everything. Got it to work once and that was it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mine has worked fine for a year! Today, it doesn't recognize my phone being there, nor charge it. I have an iPhone 6S fully up to date. I really rely on the voice texting and call answering as I live 25 miles out in the country! Wondering if there is a fuse or something? The rear USB would not charge the phone either. Tried multiple cords, all of which work on my laptop.

I just picked my 16' Canyon A.T. Yesterday. I'm having the same issue, it's the USB in the centre console arm rest that doesn't seem to work reliable

  1. I had a similar issue with my system. I had to go in and delete any other devices that was listed in CarPlay. Once all devices were deleted, my system no longer has a problem seeing my phone. Hope this helps. I have a 2016 Canyon SLE
