Question

Hello. Over the weekend I replaced my brake pads, rotors, calipers and brake hoses all on the front (drums in the back) of my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500. I noticed when I drove it that when I would turn the wheel and brake at the same time the brakes would do what feels like locking up. The hoses aren't getting pinched or restricted I checked that first thing. I just can't seem to tell what the issue is. They work perfectly fine when I brake going straight or brake at high speeds while turning. Just when I brake at about 10mph while turning is when they start acting up. Anybody have any ideas? I read that it could be the wheel bearings but I just replaced ball joints and checked everything to make sure my front end was in line. So I'm fairly sure it's not my wheel bearings.
