Good Morning all!

 

I finally bought a Silverado. Been wanting one since high school (has it really been 20 years?). I picked up a '15 Double cab 4x4 with the 4.3L. I'm taking some crap from a few people over my choice of the 4.3, but once I take them for a spin, they tend to give me a little less $hit.

 

I've also got a '94 Firebird Formula that I spend a good amount of time with at the track. I decided that the more go fast goodies I put on it the more I want to start hauling it to the track, hence the reason for finally stepping up and getting a Silverado. I've had the truck for about 3 weeks now and I am 100% in love with it. it's so comfortable, I have a hard time wanting to get out of it when I get home from work. The ride is so smooth and the cab is so quite. It's far and away the nicest vehicle I've ever owned, and with only 7200 miles on it at the time of purchase, it's also the newest, but just barely. After my '94 S-10, I left the Chevy Truck family for a long while. It feels good to be back.
