I had 285/70/17s on my 01 and put a 4.5" suspension lift in and they rubbed a miniscule amount. But my truck is much lower stock than yours is. My guess is they'll rub but not too bad at all. Throw a 1.5-2" body lift in if you don't want to spend the money on a suspension lift. 2" will be about your max for a body lift before you'll start having to extended break lines and such. but again, not 100% sure if they'll rub or not.

09 silverado with 20 inch rims, instaled a 2.5 lift level kit afew weeks ago. I would like to but 275/65-20 KO2 tires (34" tires 11.5 wide) on but am worryed about rubbing. Any advice?

Looking to do exactly this, same truck, same set-up. Curious if you've pulled the trigger yet and if so, how did it go? Thanks!

I have 2007 Sierra NBS. 2.5" rough country level lift kit. 18" rims and running 295/65/R18

 

i have done zero cutting or trimming and only minor rubbing on bumps when fully cranked ( like backing out of rive way or parking lots) . other than that no rubbing
