Just buy a truck/SUV jack. I have a Torin Big Red that I got from Tractor Supply. It comes with an extension that you put between the Jack and the pad that touches the frame or axle if needed. I don't remember having to use it, but it's there if I do need it. I've had it for a few years and haven't had any problems with it.

You need to make sure the jack is specifically for a truck/SUV. I've had an AC Delco truck/suv jack for 8 years now and it's still going strong.

Like 99Silveradoz71 said, Harbor Freight jacks are actually pretty good, I've had a quad/motorcycle jack for 12 years from them and it still works like new. I'm pretty sure you can get replacement parts if the hyros ever go out, you can't always do that for a lot of other brands.

My problem is it's a 3/4 ton Chevy and I'm putting a three inch level in it and 35 inch tires I know my 3 ton now won't do it hardly gets it high enough with out the level and tires

Actually thinking about getting one of those 22 ton air jacks

The link above that someone posted is the jack I have except mine's just 2 1/2 ton. It worked fine on my '98 that was leveled. Plus it has that extension that's about 6" I think which I don't remember needing yet so I'm sure that would be enough for a leveled truck with 35s..

An air jack you're talking about is way overkill. That's made for commercial trucks.

My truck also weighs 5600 pounds my three ton does it but having more would make the Jack last longer

Haven't used the 3 ton with the lift kit yet

You're not lifting the ENTIRE truck with that jack Swimmer.

Although I do agree. With regards to jacks and stands, more is always better. More safety cushion for weight AND a more stable stance with heavier jack stands.

But, on other stuff I do not agree. We do not need HD and Race everything as I used to think.

Thing is that you're only leveled so if it can lift the rear it can lift the front reach wise. The 35s only add 2" over stock tires. It's not only about capacity, it's also about how high the jack can reach when it's up fully. That Torin Big Red like in that link reaches pretty high even without that extension. You just seem to be over thinking the whole thing.
