Northernmoris' 2017 Chevy 1500 5.3L Victory Red

I'm a first time truck owner and have now had this '17 for 2 weeks. Since picking it up i had the bed rhino lines and put in a soft cover. I removed the 4x4 stickers and ordered black bowties. I might completely remove the rear bow, I like the clean look. I just ordered Go Rhino Rb10 running boards, K&N cai, and hood deflector.

I'm about ready to pull the trigger on Motofab 2.5" front level and a 1" rear. But I'm not 100% sold. I'd love to do the 3" but have read plenty about it being to drastic of a level.

I'm also going to be replacing the exhaust and then get a Black Bear tune, replace rims/tires and do some more work.

I like the look of this truck. Those are the Rhinos on it. They look clean.

At this point almost everything I ordered is in. I installed the front black bowtie, I'm still undecided if I'm going to install the rear or debadge it completely. Today I installed the Airaid intake, I'm aware it doesn't make much of a difference but I did it for the sound. I'm actually blown away at the change in sound just from this. I wasn't expecting such a extreme difference. I like it a lot.

Tommorow I'll hopefully install the Borla S-type exhaust and maybe the RB10 running boards. My weathertech rear mats are in and the fronts in transit. The Motofab 2.5" front and 2" rear level kit is in also. I'm still on the fence about installing it myself.

For minor mods I got rear wheel opening frame tube plugs and the bed rail stake pocket cover caps. Pics tomorrow because it's too dark.

As planned I got the exhaust and the running boards installed. Both sets of caps came in as well. The weathertech mats came in today and I through them in.

The stock exhaust was a SOB to get out from the truck while sitting on the ground. It was actually damn near impissible. I had to Jack up the rear and then drop the spare. I also learned you should drop the spare before having the back end up a couple feet then it already is. The Borla went on really smooth. It sounds great as well. I'm very happy with it, the sound is great, good rumble on acceleration, it's aggressive and catches attention but not too loud.

The Go Rhino RB10s are very clean looking. They sit nicely. The texture is aggressive but cleans nicely. In the future if they get beat up i can just powder coat them.c
