04 5.3 runs rough when AC is switched on

HI guys. I have an 04 Silverado that misfires, shuts off and throws the engine light on as son as I turn the ac on or the engine gets to operating temperature.this started right after sliding the transmission back and changing the flexplate. I have changed and tested multiple censors...any ideas please
