Need views on this price - 2016 Chevy 2500HD 6.0L gas

Recommended Posts

OK, looking at the following:

2016 Chevy 2500HD WT

Crew Cab, Standard Bed

6.0L Gas engine

Has the Snow Plow package, Trailer Eq package (which includes trailer brake), WT Conv Package

7" dialgonal touch screen radio with bluetooth and back-up camera

Dealer installed 6" tubular chrome steps

White exterior, black cloth interior

MSRP on the sheet is $45,560

Negotiations have not started, Dealer's first offer is $37,458 + taxes/tags/title

I am hoping to get below $35k + t/t/t

Think it will work?

If it is bonus tagged its pretty much bottom of the barrel as far as pricing goes. Tagged trucks are basically GM employee pricing + rebates + bonus tag if it is tagged. There may be some hidden rebate here or there you might be able to get but would be of small dollar amounts (couple hundred). Got a link to the truck from the dealer?

This was in person. The price online (the dealer site) does not show this price, but I included link below.

They showed me on paper (with manager's signature) an offer that has the following:

GM Supplier Pricing discount -$2,602

GM Cash Incetive for 2016's -$2,000

Dealer Select Bonus Tag -$3,500

Yeah, i looked at their invesntory. No 2016 WT models left from what I see. They only LT's left - about $8,000 more

Ahhhh, ok. Well for what it's worth that doesn't seem like a bad price to me with the 6.0 in it. And you probably won't get much more off of it. With it Being a crew cab they will only go so low
