That and I'm an ignorant American that has no desire to do a km to mile conversion or a L to mpg gallon conversion.....silly canucks.

Well...mom, pop, and their Nigerian prince cousin with a huge fortune he wants to generously give away.
I'm not Canadian, but I do see Canadians as a sibling or cousin...so, a bit a good natured ribbing never hurt.

Well till you actually go through the shit show easy to throw out a bunch of non sense out there or call me out. 3 years ago when my complaint came forward to them it was normal. There so called dealerships "eyes out here" did nothing to investigate further or take the concern seriously. The problem gets worse as the years go on and it was kind of the same story line that it was normal conditions, but then all of s sudden transmission work started to be performed, transmission was replaced then back to story one. Now in with 2 engineers, another to be coming down this summer to hopefully run more diagnostics that I already seen go in to the computer during the diagnosis process. My problem 3 years now one has listened to shit, now I have to continue to wait and there first two engineers have no answer.

Another customer specialist calls me today, has to review the files once again. I think I have explained or this has now been reviewed after all the phone calls 25 times but none of them follow the timeline. Why call me today if you have no idea what is going on again when its internally in there system. Where do these documents go after every phone call or visit to the dealership? Transcript like it disappears all the time. I tried arbitration but that was delayed so long I was over the kilometers to do so, and they would not go back to the initial complaint at 9,000 km. So I guess like there staff said trade it the next guy will have to deal with it. So I a truck will go through its life time ripping people off not ever getting fixed. I was never ignorant to begin with but when 4 months go by and everyone stands around stunned with stupid guessing answers that are contradicting it gets ridiculous. There may be a lot of stupid people out there they can play that game with I feel sorry for them. I do laugh at some of the users on here that follow all the positive reviews that GM likes to publicly show. Like I said I seen them delete their public reviews right off there Facebook page, when it hit two stars everything disappeared.

I tell those people follow the dot, and don't worry about the bigger picture behind it.

Trade it in on something else. Life is too short blowing a gasket on the internet because your car is a POS.

Your right but you get tired of getting ripped off on shit and getting a big smile on the sales side which is actually a your screwed smile on the service side. Thing is I was going to upgrade the vehicle but wanted to see what kind of loyalty a guy would get after spending 300k.

You really just need to cut your losses and move on. If everyone at GM are such idiots go trade it on something else. Then you won't ever have to deal with them again.

I really can't believe that someone would put up with that much BS for 3 years. Why are you banging your head against the wall?

Cut your losses and trade in. If GMC hasn't fixed one damned bit of your problem after that much time, then it's doubtful they ever will. It almost seems like you love the misery.

Some people don't want to completely lose their behind by trading in again. It's bad enough they lose a ton of value when they roll off the lot, then you end up getting a clunker. It's a better feeling to be hopeful that the dealer may be able to fix the issues versus trading it back in to be taken for a ride.

If they can't find anything wrong then there is nothing to fix and therefore you don't get a paid loaner. You get left without a vehicle if you leave it at the dealership under the assumption that you have some magical power that says they have to keep it until it is fixed to your satisfaction. They don't.

It appears that you are getting a lot of attention from GM. They obviously have a desire to deal with your concerns but I believe there is lack of clarity in communication. It was suggested earlier that you speak with a lawyer. I personally think this is a good idea. Get the help of a lawyer or an advocate to act as a neutral third party. I am confident clearer communication will bring a resolution to your problem.

I think he means trade it for a different manufacturer all together. It sounds like you have had enough with GM. Ford,Dodge,Toyota,Nissan all make trucks as well.

I had a bad truck once,I couldn't do to much about it as long it would move I needed it for work. Seemed like a long time but I only had to deal with it for 2 years then I traded it in. It was a design flaw in the transmission lines that would come apart when the clips came out. 94 one ton dodge Cummings. I would smell it leaking pull to the side of the road put in new clips drive off, once a wk to once of month. Finally the transmissions started slipping they gave me all my money back as long as I bought from them. I bought the same truck with a stick it was flawless. I never loss my temper with them it was a big pain at times they did come through in the end.
