2010 Silverado Stabilitrak Issues

sporty06

Question

I have a 2010 Silverado z71 with around 53k miles. Recently the service stabilitrak and service traction control lights came on the dash. There were also some steering and driveability issues so I took in to get fixed. For the front end, the rack and pinion, tie rod ends, control arm bushings, and sway bar bushings were replaced and that seems to have addressed those issues. They also replaced the steering wheel sensor which was supposedly an issue on these trucks. My problem is that it did not fix the light. It will only come on when turning the wheels fully to the left, but it will come on every time. The truck was aligned after the front end work and was within specs and the steering wheel is straight. I'm not sure what else to do and I don't want to keep throwing money at it. Also, and it may be totally unrelated, a week after getting the truck back, the CEL came on and it is showing a P0454 evap code. Any ideas for a fix? Thanks in advance for your responses.

I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado Z71 which I have had problems with the StabiliTrak System - we had it fixed here back in April 2020 and that seems to help but now it is back on and doing the same thing again but not it is intermittent and the techs that have looked at it can't find anything wrong with it on their computer.
