03 Suburban high beam indicator dimly light at all times

Question

I have an 03 suburban, the high beam indicator stay dimly lit even with the key off and out of ignition. I sent the IPC in to get, that was the problem, they said there was nothing wrong with it bit replaced all the stepper motors, bulbs and transistor anyways, as soon as I plugged it in when I got it back the light was flashing and eventually stopped but remained lit but still dim. I've unplugged all 3 plugs on the BCM and the light remains lit, I've unplugged the multi function switch, no change, only way I can get it to go out is unplugging the dash itself, pulling the IPC fuse or disconnecting the battery. I also ran my own grounds to the 2 ground wires on the connector at the back of the IPC and light stays lit. I'm at a complete loss with this and am looking for where to go to next. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Someone may have rewired the headlights around the BCM old school, or there could be a problem in the multifunction switch. Could try unplugging the multifunction switch - if light goes out, that's more than likely the issue.
