Spare tire goodies

So I'm in need of the tire changing goodies for my 96 k2500.

 

I don't need a jack or lug wrench but I do need a way to lower the spare tire.

 

Is there some black market somewhere?

 

I've never looked for this stuff at a junkyard, anyone have luck there?

 

Finally, are these generic? Do I have to find something of the right "vintage" or are they fairly universal?

 

To be completely clear, I'm looking for what the owners manual lists as "B - rachet, C - jack handle and D - hoist shaft."
