I seem to be having issues, even after searching the forum, with playing a video on my MyLink system. I have the file saved as an MP4 on my SD card, but I think the file/resolution may be too large? It's a TV show I bought off iTunes; is there a way to scale it down so it will work? I am pretty sure this is my issue.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

If you bought it off iTunes it likely has DRM protection on it. That and the resolution being too high are the two likely causes. If you have the MVI HMI unlock it will support more file formats/sizes to aid this issue.

I had my HIFM refreshed buy the folks at MVI then you can download an app from the app store

Tuneskit for Mac this will bring down the resolution and space to allow it to be played on your system.

All my movies i have converted are from my i tunes library

https://www.gm-navigation.com works great !
